Customer mentioned system had a leak. Went on outdoor condensing unit and investigated refrigerant ports. Found 3 leaking ports with residual oil, checked refrigerant and found system to be low on Freon. Discussed with customer about options, will come back next week to take recover remaining refrigerant, take care of flares, vacuum system, and charge system back up to appropriate levels. Need to reschedule and perform full repair. Performed serviced on E Colusa St in Orland, CA.

Performed full heating maintenance on attic 90% Carrier split system gas furnace. Checked amperages on indoor blower motor and inducer draft motor. Checked draft capacitor. Ensured proper voltage and fuse conditions. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tubing. Ensured proper connections on wiring. Ran tested unit a couple times to confirm operations. Changed indoor filter. Checked temperature split and thermostat functionality. Also verified air flow in all vents. Systems heating and operational at this time.
