No Heat - System not coming on in heating. Checked system and found that there was no incoming power, after verifying that power was on, checked and found a Generac contactor on side of unit. Checked inside and found that the contactor was bad. Replaced the two-pole contactor and turned power on but system would still not come on. Checked board of Generac and found that the board to engage the contactor was bad causing the contactor to not pull in and give power to the system. Told customer we dont repair electrical systems and referred her to an electrician. After board is replaced the heating should work normally.
