System not coming on in heating found thermostat wiring disconnected and also found flame sensor wire also disconnected. Reconnected both wires, spark igniter failed to light a flame. spark ignition control board wasn’t sending a signal. Opened up module and found the spark igniter connection was severed from the control board, firmly pressed it into the board to reconnect the soldering. System then ignited the flame and began heating. Serviced customer in Magalia, CA.

Performed cooling maintenance on rooftop heat pump unit. Checked amperages on compressor and outdoor fan motor. Condenser fan motor slightly overamping, need to check it again on next maintenance in order to make a decision on replacement. Checked voltage and ensured proper mechanical operations. Checked dual capacitor and also checked blower capacitor. Changed inside filter and checked temperature split and thermostat functionality. Performed service near Creston Rd in Magalia, CA

Customer’s dogs chewed up the thermostat wires going to condenser outside. After replacing the wiring found that system was not coming on at all. Checked the board at furnace and found that the low voltage fuse was popped. After replacing the fuse I ran tested unit and system was now blowing and cooling. Checked temperature split multiple times, system cooling at 66 degrees at time of departure. Performed service on Colter Way in Magalia, CA.

Extended concentric flu pipe for customer due to it not coming out all the way. Sealed the fittings as well as sealed the roof and replaced a couple shingles for the customer. Heater now properly installed and venting out properly.
