HVAC & Water Heaters
TECH Heat Pump - HVAC
Upgrade to an energy-efficient heat pump and you could get up to $4,000 back in rebates! To qualify, you’ll need to work with a TECH-enrolled contractor (that’s us!) on an existing home installation, choosing a 2-stage or variable-capacity Energy Star® heat pump (check the Qualified Products List).
Rebate amounts vary:
$1,500: For homes fully decommissioning their furnace with previous A/C.
$1,000: For other eligible heat pump projects.
An additional $2500/unit is available if your income qualifies (click here to determine qualification).
TECH Heat Pump - Water Heater
Upgrade your water heater to an energy-efficient heat pump and you could qualify for rebates starting at $1,100! This offer is for existing homes (retrofits only) and requires working with a TECH-enrolled contractor (that’s us!).
Here’s how you can maximize your savings:
Base Rebate: Earn $1,100
Income Qualified: If your income qualifies, get a generous $3,500 base rebate.
- Additional 30% Federal Tax Credit available.
