Climate Solutions Rocks— They will be forever my go-to guys! After a week of playing phone tag with some of the more well-known HVAC companies in Chico, I grew tired of waiting for the promised return calls to schedule my consultation that never rang through. Expanding my search, I called Climate Solutions. In that very first phone call, the receptionist was able to schedule my consultation for the very next day! I met with Jason on-site the following afternoon, where I walked him through 8 townhouse units with wall heaters & swamp coolers— And picked his brain about the best way to upgrade the heating and cooling. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk with— not at all pushy. He asked if I had considered working with PG&E to stretch our project funding… I had not, but I was definitely interested in doing so. Later in the week, I met with Jason & Dereck to review our project plan: Install 3 zone ductless mini-split systems in all 8 units, with blown in insulation in the attic. It all sounded great to me, especially when they said they would handle the PG&E paperwork. We marked the spot on the calendar, and before I knew it— The project began. Their crew worked hard, was professional & courteous coordinating with my tenants, and just generally pleasant & fun to be around. My tenants are ecstatic Climate Solutions did such an amazing job installing their air conditioning units before they try Chico summer heat. They are a truly committed company, focused on their clients. I would highly recommend you give them a call too.
