A Very Heartfelt Thank You to Climate and Energy Solutions
A very heartfelt thank you to Climate and Energy Solutions, and specifically Abe, for stellar service and ensuring I could stay in my home tonight. On one of the hottest days of the year, Abe came out after 6 pm, within 30 minutes of our call. While my Resident Mgr believed the unit needed to be replaced, Abe was able to repair and resurrect my unit. He was not only prompt, and efficient, but also incredibly polite, knowledgeable, informative, and blessedly patient while we asked countless questions! I will be a Climate and Energy Solutions customer for life, and, if possible, request Abe as the technician-although I’m sure that with his amazing talent, I will not have any more a/c problems!
